Rhytha divides Business Process engagements into three phases: Evaluation, Process Discovery & Improvement, and Implementation and Change Management.
Process Evaluation
During the evaluation stage, Rhytha engages key individuals in your organization in series of activities designed to identify the drivers of change and prioritize areas ripe for optimization. By devising a strategy to address the most pressing issues and targeting potential quick wins, the evaluation process begins to develop the strongest possible adaptation throughout the organization, a necessary precursor to sustainable improvements.

We understand how difficult it can be to institute change and work to minimize disruptions to your ongoing operations. Rhytha consultants will work side-by-side with your Subject Matter Experts and managers (the internal change team) to simulate proposed changes and adapt redesigned processes according to results. Once the change team has approved final process designs, Kapalign consultants will support their “go live” deployment. We can be on-site the day of deployment to answer questions, help retire the old process, and measure your success.
